About MSU Baroda
The Faculty of Technology and Engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is one of India’s oldest and most prestigious engineering education hubs. Originally established in 1890 as the Kala Bhavan Technical Institute (KBTI) by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III, it became a constituent faculty of the university in 1949.
Today, it houses 14 academic departments and the Water Resources Engineering and Management Institute (WREMI), offering a wide spectrum of programs in engineering, technology, and applied sciences.
