Duration and Eligibility

Undergraduate (B.E./B.Tech)

• Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)

• Eligibility: Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 60% aggregate marks. Admission is through JEE Main conducted by NTA or via Board Toppers Mode.

Undergraduate (B.Sc.)

• Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)

• Eligibility: 10+2 in Science stream with minimum 60% marks. Selection based on merit or entrance depending on year.

Postgraduate (M.E./M.Tech)

• Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field with at least 60% marks. Admission requires qualifying GATE, CUET-PG, or specified exams.

Postgraduate (M.Sc.)

• Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Science with minimum 55% marks. Admission through CUET-PG or IIT JAM examination.

Doctoral (Ph.D.)

• Duration: Minimum 3 years, maximum 6 years (flexible)

• Eligibility: Master’s degree with at least 60% marks in a relevant field or exceptional bachelor’s degree holders. Selection based on entrance exam/interview and research alignment.

MS by Research

• Duration: Minimum 2 years

• Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks, and qualified in GATE or CUET-PG examination.

Fee Structure

• B.E./B.Tech: ₹5 lakh to ₹25.8 lakh total fee

• B.Sc.: ₹28.4 lakh total fee

• M.E./M.Tech: ₹4.2 lakh to ₹25.8 lakh total fee

• M.Sc.: ₹1 lakh to ₹28.4 lakh total fee

• Ph.D.: Approx. ₹1.5 lakh total fee

• MS by Research: ₹4.2 lakh to ₹4.4 lakh total fee

Mode of Learning
