SNDT Arts and Commerce College is one of the oldest and most respected women’s colleges in India. It is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and was established in 1916 under the Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT Women’s University). It is approved by UGC and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.

The college was built to promote women's education and empowerment. Its mission is to provide quality education to women so they can build strong careers and become confident citizens. The college offers a variety of arts and commerce courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
