Established in 1965 in the memory of philanthropist Seth Kesarimal Porwal, this college is managed by the Shikshan Prasarak Mandal in Kamptee, Nagpur. It is affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and is one of the most reputed educational institutions in the region for undergraduate and postgraduate studies in arts, science, and commerce.

Spread over nearly 14 acres, the campus offers a calm and educational environment for over 3,500 students.
