The Regional Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (RIPSAT) is a top pharmacy college located in Agartala, the capital city of Tripura, in North-East India. It was established way back in the year 1979 with help from the North Eastern Council (NEC). RIPSAT is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and works under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Tripura (ripsat.tripura.gov.in).

The college is set in a peaceful area called Kunjaban, not too far from Agartala Medical College and only about 8 km from the airport. This makes it easy to travel and also keeps the campus quiet and calm—perfect for studying!
