Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture & Design Studies, also called PIADS, is a private architecture and design college in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It was first formed in 1994 as a department and became an independent institute in 2006. PIADS is approved by the Council of Architecture and affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University. It is managed by Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha. PIADS welcomes students from all over India and offers a calm, green, and supportive environment for learning. The mission is to build creative architects and designers who are technically skilled, ethically grounded, and ready to face future challenges.
The campus lies in a peaceful region called Digdoh Hills and spreads across about five acres. It has modern studios for design, computer labs with current software, a well‑stocked library, seminar rooms, and workshop areas for architecture and interior design. The hostel buildings are clean and secure, and there are sports facilities and a cafeteria for student life. Experienced faculty, including working architects and design teachers, guide students closely. PIADS also arranges guest lectures, design competitions, and study tours. All these features help students grow academically, socially, and professionally in a nurturing setting.
