Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering (JNNCE), located in Shimoga, Karnataka, is one of the most respected engineering colleges in South India. The college was established in the year 1980 and is affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by national bodies for its quality education. The college is also recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
