Application Process

Applicants can apply both online and offline. Courses and Eligibility

  • PGDM in Hospital and Health Management:
    Eligibility requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and a valid management entrance score (CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT).

  • Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM):
    Requires a master’s degree or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and relevant work experience. Admission is based on scores like GMAT, GRE, CAT, JRF, plus research proposal and PI.

  • Executive PG Diploma in Public Health Financial Management (EPGDPHFM):
    For graduates with 5+ years of experience in healthcare/finance, admission is merit-based.

  • PG Diploma and Certificate Courses:
    Selection is generally merit-based on graduation marks and work experience where applicable.

Selection Process

After the application deadline, IIHMR Delhi shortlists candidates based on academic merit or valid entrance exam scores for PGDM and other programs. Shortlisted candidates are invited for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, assessing communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and motivation. Those qualifying these rounds receive admission offers.

For fellowship and PhD programs, there is an additional evaluation of the research proposal and written tests (FPET or IRAT), followed by presentations and interviews.

Admission Timeline

  • Application Period: Opens June 2025 and closes early July 2025.

  • Entrance Exams: National management exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT run between September and January annually (scores accepted for admissions).

  • GD & PI Rounds: Conducted between July and August post application review.

  • Final Admission & Fee Payment: Admission offers sent by August; fee payment confirms enrollment. Classes begin in September 2025.

  • Mark sheets and certificates for Class 10, Class 12, and graduation degrees.
