Apex University Jaipur is a private university established under the Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018. It operates under the guidance of Sanjay Shiksha Samiti, which has a rich educational legacy built over 57 years since 1965. The university's main campus is spread across 30 acres in an eco-friendly environment at Achrol on Jaipur-Delhi National Highway, making it one of the premier campuses in the region.

Apex University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. It is approved by several statutory bodies, including All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Indian Nursing Council (INC), Rajasthan Nursing Council (RNC), and Rajasthan State Ayurvedic Health Council (RSAHC).
