Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology also known as SIET was founded in 2011 and is considered a premier engineering college in Telangana. Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology is an autonomous institution accredited by NBA and the NAAC accredited it with 'Grade A'. Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology courses are affiliated to JNTUH. It became the first institute in Telangana to receive a ‘5-star Rating’ for Online Spoken Tutorials by IIT Bombay. 

Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology courses include both UG and PG courses. Admissions at Sreyas Institute of Engineering and Technology are done on the basis of entrance exams for B.Tech and M.Tech programmes and direct admission to courses under the Humanities and Sciences department.
