About All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's Private Industrial Training Institute

The AISSMS Industrial Training Centre (ITC) was established in 1991 at Boribhadak, Taluka Daund, District Pune, with the vision to bridge the gap between conventional technical education and actual industry requirements, especially in rural areas. Located just 30 km from Pune and 3 km from Uruli Kanchan, the institute was set up to fulfill the social obligation of providing skill-based, employment-oriented training, thus encouraging self-employment among youth. The ITC currently operates 12 trades across 50 units, focusing equally on theory and practical training. Over the years, it has trained more than 4500 students, many of whom are now employed in reputed companies like Maruti Suzuki, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bharat Forge, Serum Institute, and others. A considerable number of students have also secured positions in government organizations and some have even established their own businesses or moved abroad for international opportunities in countries like Dubai and Australia.
